/&gt;1/3 cup applesauce&lt;br /&gt;¼ cup molasses&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup flat Guinness stout&lt;br /&gt;Reduced whipped calorie topping&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9 inch round cake pan with cooking spray, line with wax paper. Combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a bowl, stir with a whisk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place brown sugar and butter in a large bowl, mixing at med speed until well blended. Add the egg and beat well. Beat in the applesauce, and molasses – batter may look slightly curdled. Reduce mixing speed to low. Add one third of the flour mixture and beat until just blended. Repeat with remaining flour mixture. Add Guinness stout and mix until just combined.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Scrape batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Pico de gallo, shredded lettuce and  Mexi-ranch dressing complete the Quesadilla Burger.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Applebee's  Quesadillas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 (10-inch) flour tortillas&lt;br /&gt;2 TBS butter, softened&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/2 medium tomato, chopped&lt;br /&gt;2 ts diced red onion&lt;br /&gt;1 ts diced canned  jalapenos&lt;br /&gt;1 slice bacon, cooked&lt;br /&gt;* southwest seasoned burger (recipe for  seasoning mix follows**)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.  Spread half the butter on one side of each tortilla. Put one tortilla, butter  side down in the hot pan. Sprinkle the cheeses evenly onto the center of the  tortilla in the pan - but not all the way to the edges. Put the tomato, onion,  bacon and jalapeno over the cheese, add the seasoned burger and cover with the  other tortilla butter side up (like a grilled cheese sandwich). When the bottom  side is browned, about 45-90 seconds, flip the quesadilla and grill the other  side. Add cheese, cranberries, and pecans. Stir well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut 1 inch off stem end of each pear, preserve top. Remove core from stem end, and scoop out about 2 TB pulp from each pear half to form a cup, using a melon baler or a spoon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place the pears in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Butter an 8-inch square pan. Line with parchment paper, leving an overhand on two sides. Butter the paper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. In a medium saucepan, place butter and cocoa; heat over low, stirring constantly, until butter has melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, egg, flower, milk and vanilla until combined.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.Remove the pan from the oven; sprinkle top evenly with marshmallows, wallnuts, and chocolate chips. Return to oven and bake until marshmallows puff, about 3 minutes. Cool to room temperature about 1 hour on a rack.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refrigerate until topping hardens, about 1 hours.
